Crossing Arts Alliance to host publishing panel

The Crossing Arts Alliance will host a publishing round table with four top Minnesota publishers, agents and editors from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 26, in the Q Gallery at 1001 Kingwood Street #222, Brainerd.

Get energized, inspired and encouraged in a collective group of literary artists together with a panel of editors, agents and publishers. Make connections. Gain focus and learn how to garner a publisher’s or agent’s attention.

There will be a panel presentation with breakout sessions for artists to meet in smaller round table discussions.

Panelists include Steve Woodward, associate editor at Graywolf Press; Erik Anderson, regional trade editor at University of Minnesota Press; Jim Perlman, editor, owner and publisher of Holy Cow! Press; and Dawn Frederick, owner and literary agent of Red Sofa Literary.

Registration forms may be downloaded at and mailed to the Crossing office, 1001 Kingwood Street #114. Or call 218-833-0416 or pick forms up in the office.

A non-refundable fee of $10 for Crossing members and $15 for non-members must accompany completed registration form. Space is limited and early registration is recommended.
