“Moments with Memories” will be presented at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at The Warehouse in Pine River.

Presenter Bev Lawyer will take participants on a journey back to the unforgettable movies of the ’30s, ’40s and ’50s with giant collector posters in technicolor and romantic hit songs by popular crooners of the time.

Fashions from the past and present will be modeled by members from both Riverview and First Lutheran churches.

A freewill offering will be taken to benefit First Lutheran Church and the Riverview Life Center in Pine River.

Woven into the stories will be the ups and downs of the film industry as America went through the turbulent times of World War II as well as the emergence of television.

Lawyer promises participants will leave the show happier and more bathed in romantic feelings than when they arrived, or their popcorn donations will be 100 percent refunded.
