Renegade Chef recipes: Mustard Dill Turkey Burgers
Makes 4 servings
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1 large egg
Dashes of pepper sauce
Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Dashes of salt and pepper
Mix the mustard, dill and onion in a small bowl. Transfer half to a medium-size mixing bowl and reserve the rest.
Add the turkey, bread crumbs, egg, pepper sauce, Worcestershire, salt and pepper to the medium mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Form into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
Heat grill to medium-high heat and grill burgers about 4 minutes per side. Serve on crusty rolls and pass the remaining mustard-dill sauce.
