2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup minced onion
