Chef’s Hat recipe - Easy Dijon Mustard Baked Chicken

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Montreal Chicken Seasoning

4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix mustard, water, honey and Montreal Chicken Seasoning.

Place the chicken in a shallow pan, brush with the mustard mixture. Flip over and brush the mixture on the opposite side. Place pan in oven and bake 20 minutes or until the chicken is done and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
