Chef’s Hat recipe - Baked Honey Dijon Pork Chops


1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon thyme

4 boneless pork loin chops, approximately ½” thick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix Dijon mustard, honey, pepper, salt and thyme in a small bowl. Place the pork chops in the prepared baking dish. Pour the mustard sauce over the pork chops.
