The Eagles 4-H Club of Pequot Lakes was invited to volunteer with the annual Nisswa Fire Department's Haunted Barn and Hay Ride this year. The club was responsible for setting up and running games, giving away prizes and making balloon animals.

In return for working at the event, the club donated $500 to the Lakes Area Food Shelf along with 23 pounds of food.

The club thanks the Nisswa Fire Department and the Pequot Lakes/Breezy Point Lions Club for their monetary donations for the candy and prizes and the community for the support in attending the event.
