The Breezy Point Area Women's Club met Nov. 8 at the Pelican Lakes Conservation Club for holiday fun.

Members crafted tray favors for care centers in Pine River, Pequot Lakes and Crosslake. An impressive number of items were collected and donated for women and children who may find themselves in need.

Mary Savage, house manager of the Mid-Minnesota Women's Center, filled her van with items that club members collected and donated. In addition, President Jane Gustafson and Treasurer Linda Johnson presented a cash donation.

Club members enjoyed a fashion show presented by Tara Bunde, proprietor of Leslie's clothing in Pequot Lakes.
